What we collect

Account: your email address, used to send sign-in codes and notifications.

Your website: the address you add and the text of the pages we read to build your chatbot.

Visitors of your site: the messages they send to the chatbot and its replies, an anonymous visitor ID stored in their browser to count visits, and any email and message they choose to submit through the contact form.

Previews: the address of any website previewed without an account.

How we use it

To run the chatbot, answer visitors, send you sign-in codes and notifications, and show you analytics about your widget. We don't sell personal data.

Who processes it

Messages and website content are sent to OpenAI to generate answers and embeddings. Emails are sent through our email provider. Website pages are read with our own crawler.

Cookies and storage

We use a sign-in cookie for your account, and browser storage for the anonymous visitor ID and to remember whether a visitor has already seen a prompt. We don't use advertising cookies.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep data while your account is active. Deleting a widget removes its settings, indexed content, conversations and contact requests. To delete your account or any other data, email us.
